As part of some routine testing on a small number of samples we have discovered a fault with the safety cut out switch on the handle. Whilst this problem is not applicable to all ovens the manufacturer has taken the precaution of recalling all lids supplied after 01/06/2008. Rather than asking for these to be returned, they will send you a new replacement lid.

Stop using the Oven and contact the dedicated help line 01279 756339, between 9.30 and 4.30 Monday to Friday If you've bought this product for someone else or know someone who has one, please let them know about this notice as soon as possible.
Electrical Safety First recommends that anyone who discovers they have an electrical item that has been recalled should stop using it until it has been checked by the manufacturer.
