Megaman state that "there is a serious fault with batch number 14W41 which in a few cases can result in a live bayonet cap which will, in a correctly installed earthed class I fitting, simply cause the circuit breaker to trip or fuse to blow with minimal risk. However, in class II fittings without earth a live cap results in a risk of electric shock"

What to do next
If you identify that you have an affected porduct stop using it immediately and remove from the light socket after ensuring the light is turned off.
