Can I use an adaptor to plug in a medium sized fridge/freezer and an undercounter freezer to a 13amp plug?

You should use one plug in one separate socket and also make sure that those sockets are protected by a Residual Current Device (RCD) - if you do not have one built into your fusebox then you can buy plug-in RCDs from any reputable retailer.
