We don't advise using adaptors for white goods - they should only be for temporary use and these appliances are switched on all the time.
You should use one plug in one separate socket and also make sure that those sockets are protected by a Residual Current Device (RCD) - if you do not have one built into your fusebox then you can buy plug-in RCDs from any reputable retailer.
