You cannot have a fuse board in a bathroom even if it is boxed in.
All electrical equipment has to be suitable for the environment in which it is located, and a bathroom is not a suitable location for a consumer unit due to the humid conditions even if it were located outside of the zones.
We always recommend that you use a registered electrician for any work in your home. This gives you the peace of mind that if something does go wrong, the work is insured and their scheme operator can help you if you are not satisfied.
