I had problem with my kitchen sockets and called a electrician he repaired it, the next day sockets didn't work. I called him & he said I repaired it he charged me & he said I have no time and to call someone else.

In this instance, you can contact the body where the electrician who carried out the work was registered.

If that doesn’t work then contact their competent person scheme provider.

Finally, if this doesn't work it could be more difficult as you would have to contact Citizens Advice.
