I'm told my bathroom light is not IP rated, what does this mean and how do I correct it?

IP stands for Ingress Protection

IP stands for Ingress Protection. For a light in a bathroom the light should be IPX4 or higher. The light in your bathroom's rating may not be sufficiently high. A registered electrician will be able to explain this and let you know if your light is safe to use.
