If a property is having the sockets replaced with new sockets is there a requirement for them to be at any particular height? Is there a minimum height above the ground for 13 amp sockets?

Part M of the Building Regulations requires that sockets are installed between 450mm and 1200mm above floor level. For new installations, sockets need to be installed at least 450mm up from the floor level of a room. Adding new or replacing sockets in existing buildings must not make the building less satisfactory in relation to Part M than it was before.
