Is there a maximum number of C2 and C3 codes that can be reported before the inspector can request a full or partial rewire?

There is no limit to the number of C2 or C3 hazards that would lead to a recommendation for a rewire. They all stand alone against a particular observation. However, if the report does have numerous C2 (and C3) hazards, these can point to a need to rewire the property.
