RCD unit was fitted to my shower in 2014 but the electrician did not supply a BS7671 safety cert. Do I need this as I am now selling the house and do I mention the work in the property info form TA6?

You should contact the installer who fitted the unit if possible. If they are registered with a certification body you could contact the body. 

It is always best to mention any work carried out in the meantime.
