If you are using adaptors to plug in appliances, you can use our socket calculator to check whether you are at risk of overloading the socket. 

A fridge freezer and vacuum cleaner should be safe, although ideally you shouldn't be using adaptors for kitchen appliances that are going to be plugged in all the time.
