This product presents a risk of electric shock as there was single insulation mains potential wiring in contact with the accessible unearthed metallic neck of the lamp holder. In addition, the screws that make an electrical connection were not locked against loosening, and there was possible access to live parts which presents a electric shock hazard to the user. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
