A black adaptor supplied with hair clippers with a UK 3 pin plug and cord.
The product poses a serious risk of electric shock as when tested the dimensions of the pins on the plug supplied were incorrect. The plug was unable to fit into a plug test gauge properly due to the plug pins being
misaligned. The pins on this adapter’s plug were not compatible with socket outlets conforming to BS1363. There was no facility for a fuse in the plug. The plug was missing required markings such as approval and the approval body. This product does not comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
