BlendJet Ltd. has detected two manufacturing defects in affected units. In certain circumstances of intensive use, a blender blade may break off, releasing a fragment, with the consequent risk of laceration of an internal
digestive organ if it is swallowed. Additionally, in certain circumstances or while charging, the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) may go overhead, causing a short circuit, with the consequent risk of fire.
