E.ON Power Adaptors

Two types of power adapters are being recalled with immediate effect. These were included with some of the in home energy displays (also called smart energy displays) that were mainly supplied to customers between 2012 and 2015 along with their smart meter.

If you have an affected product stop using it immediately.

E.ON are recovering and replacing the affected products.

Electrical Safety First recommends that anyone who discovers they have an electrical item that has been recalled should stop using it until it has been checked by the manufacturer.
