Rectangular LED plant grow light supplied in brown cardboard packaging.
The product was fitted with a plug socket which was unshuttered, presenting a hazard of electric shock under fault conditions. The product was also insufficiently earthed, the product failed the electrical strength test, and the transformer did not meet the requirements for creepage and clearance, which could present a hazard of electric shock, fire and explosion. Improvements are required to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
