The product presents a risk of electric shock and burns as the sample tested failed to meet the requirements of BS EN 62752:2016+A1:2020. There is a risk of electric shock due to the failure of the sample to meet the RCD test requirements of Clause 9.7. There is also a risk of overheating due to the PWM output exceeding the maximum current of 13A plug and the failure of the plug to meet the requirements of BS 1363-1.
The product does not meet the requirements of The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
