Part No. 6SCHF, 63MRH2 and 79CARRIER fitted with BLACK Bungs. Products affected were sold between 1/3/07 and 1/9/07
What to do next
At risk fuse carriers can be identified by the black bungs as shown in in the picture, no risk has been identified for fuse carries with blue bungs.
