The product presents a serious risk of fire as it is insufficiently earthed. Under fault conditions, the fuse would not operate and provide the necessary protections, which could cause the plug to catch fire and explode. The internal construction can also allow insulation to break down, which under fault conditions can cause high voltage at the output, presenting risks of fire and electric shock.
