The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it does not meet the minimum creepage and clearance distance requirements. Under fault conditions, accessible metal parts may become live and, if touched, give the user an electric shock. The product also failed the electric strength test and breakdown occurred before full test voltage was applied. No instructions were given for installation or initial use of the product.
