Travel adaptor for multiple plug-types to a UK plug socket, supplied in a box of 20.
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it is too small for a standard UK socket, and the plug pins are too close to the edge of the plug. The user could receive an electric shock when unplugging, or plugging in, the plug from the socket. It is also possible to insert a single current-carrying pin, leaving the other live pin accessible. The adaptor was also insufficiently earthed, presenting a risk of fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
