White LED beauty mask in the form of a face, supplied with white USB lead and AC/DC adaptor. Supplied in white cardboard packaging. Instructions leaflet states the product is an ‘optical whitening instrument’ for whitening, freckles, wrinkles, anti-ageing, and skin tightening.
The product was supplied with a clover shaped plug. The plug did not have the facility for a fuse link and did not meet the minimum dimensional requirements, presenting a serious risk of electric shock. The plug did not meet the requirements of the Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
