The product poses hazards of electric shock and injury because the product failed the earth bond test and had insufficient safeguarding. The product was fitted with an unapproved counterfeit fuse presenting the hazards of fire/explosion.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
