As part of ongoing quality checks, Asda found that the 'Travels' worldwide adaptors do not meet their high quality expectations.The adaptors come with multiple sets of plug pins and it is possible to expose more than one set at a time. When plugged in, these additional pins can potentially allow access to hazardous voltages. There is a slight risk of electrocution so the decision has been taken to recall this model.

What to do next
If you own one of these worldwide travel adaptors, disconnect it from the mains supply and stop using it. Bring back the adaptor to your nearest Asda store and they will give you your money back. You don't need the packaging or the receipt.
