The product poses a risk of electric shock because of : - insufficient insulation between primary and secondary windings, - insufficient creepage and clearance distance, - inadequately secured live pins, The product failed dielectric strength test. The product does not comply with the relevant standards.


The product has the form of a conventional UK 3-pin plug which contains a transformer. The output socket is in the form of an incorporated USB socket. The product is available in black or white colour. This product may also be available, in a 2-pin configuration in other EC countries.
