Details
Shiatsu pillow back and neck massager with red massage roller balls.
The product presents a risk of electric shock as there is insufficient creepage and clearance distance between the mains potential input circuits and low voltage output circuits for class II equipment. The internal mains wiring was not adequately secured in according with requirements of clause 4.6.2. The mains plug module does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1362.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
