There is no requirement to have EICRs carried out on holiday lets.

At the moment there is no legal requirement to have the electrical installation in holiday lets inspected.
However, we recommend that this is done on a five-yearly basis to provide peace of mind for landlords and tenants that the holiday let is electrically safe.
