Our regular quality control inspection has identified a potential problem with the NCS70 Straightener. The component that retains the power supply cord could fail, causing the power cord to become detached from the unit. This could result in electric shock.

Details
Only Date Codes commencing 07 and ending 01 through to 34 are affected (e.g. 07W32). All other codes are not affected.
What to do next
The Model Number (NCS70) and Date Code can be found printed on the foil rating label. (Please refer to the image).
If you own the above product you should:
- Disconnect from the electricity supply immediately.
- Contact our customer service line to confirm your product is affected and, if so, to obtain details of how to return it and obtain a free replacement.
