This product poses a serious risk of electric shock as there was no provision for the earthing of the lamp holder. The exposed metal parts of the lamp holder were separated from live parts only by basic insulation.
The instructions supplied with the product are inadequate.
They did not contain adequate safety information and details to ensure the correct and safe use of the product. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
