Details
The product poses a high risk of electric shock because a person can touch a part that is at high voltage and may be electrocuted. The exposed metal parts of the lamp holder were separated from live parts only by basic insulation. There was no provision for earthing of the lamp holder. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
