The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it has poor earth connection. Due to the power ratings, the product is not considered suitable for connection to the UK power system with a 13A plug. Improvements are required to documentation and markings, and a declaration of conformity must be supplied.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
