Details
Green and white bedbug lamp supplied with a ‘Blue Iron’ brand power adaptor.
The failure of a component within the power adaptor results in the outer casing being forced apart and creating a risk of electrocution. Should this failure occur it may also lead to a fire hazard.
Corrective action: Recall of the product from end users. (See below for more information)
