Silver humidifier with a power supply unit.
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the terminals on the power supply unit were not enclosed, and the test finger could touch live parts. The instructions supplied with the product were inadequate as they did not contain sufficient information to ensure the correct and safe use of the equipment and there were no installation details given. This could therefore present a risk of electric shock to the consumer due to from the inadvertent inadequate installation of the equipment.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
