Regulated DC power supply box supplied with black supply lead, black and red cables and instruction manual packaged in brown cardboard box.
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the item was not adequately earthed and there was no secondary security fitted to the earth terminals to prevent from accidental loosening. This could lead to the product becoming live under fault conditions, exposing the user to an electric shock hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
