The clamping means was not adequately secured against accidental loosening, which may potentially give an electric shock to the consumer. The product also did not contain adequate information to ensure that the equipment could be correctly and safely installed, used, and maintained.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
