The product poses a hazard of electric shock because the earth wire is not reliable, and the plug was unapproved and considered counterfeit and improvements are required to documentation and markings.
The products does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
