Details
A grey hot water cylinder with a white box saying ‘victorum’ on the front and external piping.
It has been identified that if there is a loss of water from the system, the back-up heater can continue to rise in temperature, causing the hot outer insulation material to break down. This could potentially lead to a fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
