Small lamp with resting placement for a candle in order to keep the wax warm. Includes a bulb for the product and instruction manual. Supplied in white cardboard packaging with gold detailing.
The product presents a serious risk of fire as it is insufficiently earthed. The fuse has no granular filler and therefore would provide no protection under fault conditions such as a short circuit or an overload. The plug could therefore explode from the wall causing a fire. The metal parts of the luminaire were also separated from live parts with only basic insulation. Under fault conditions, accessible metal parts could become live and give the user an electric shock.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
